The Sheetstand® – Storage trestle

Since 2019, The Sheetstand has been a trusted name in the construction industry. Over the past five years, this innovative product has proven itself to be extremely reliable in the workplace. With its unique design, The Sheetstand is on its way to replacing all current wooden and steel trestles, simply because it has so many advantages over the existing solution. It is an investment, which pays for itself.

The Sheetstand is a storage trestle specifically designed for sheet material, made from recycled plastic. This sustainable material makes The Sheetstand not only environmentally friendly, but also a smart investment, as this storage trestle lasts longer than traditional wooden trestles. With its moisture-resistant properties and durable material, The Sheetstand not only provides financial benefits, but also contributes to a more sustainable environment. Traditional wood and steel trestles have many drawbacks in terms of safety, ergonomics, storage and transportation, all of which have been addressed in the design of The Sheetstand. In addition, many of the trestles used in the industry do not comply with applicable guidelines, whereas The Sheetstand's design is based on them.

The Sheetstand meets all requirements in terms of functionality, longevity, safety, ergonomics and environmental friendliness. It is the solution for companies that value quality and safety.

Heel

Additional stability. Prevent tipping.

The heel gives additional stability to The Sheetstand by placing the rear foot in the heel. The heel is designed to prevent tipping when there is great forward pressure on The Sheetstand, thus making the single setup even safer.

Cardholder

Loading instructions. Always clarity.

The card holder is an A4 frame with holder that you can insert into the recess at the top of The Sheetstand. This allows you to give loading instructions per room during the stocking process, which avoids having to stack different types of (gypsum) sheets. This leads to significant improvements in efficiency and relieves employees.

The Sheetstand™ makes stacking and transport easy and safe with its smart man-woman connection, allowing up to 40 trestles to fit efficiently on one pallet.

Storage & transportation

The importance of simply, safely and efficiently storing, distributing and transporting trestles should not be underestimated. The Sheetstand is fitted with a man-woman connection, so that the trestles easily "fall into each other" when stacked, in addition, each row of trestles placed on a pallet hooks into each other. This not only ensures safety but also enables efficient work. Thus, up to 40 pieces of The Sheetstand fit on a pallet.
