Wooden trestles are an eyesore when it comes to storage and transport. To make this efficient, orderly and stable, we designed the storage trestle to have a male/female side, this allows the trestles to "fall" together easily when stacking. In addition, each row hooks into each other. This makes it possible to stack up to 40 trestles on 1 europallet without them shifting during transport.'

Environmentally conscious

De Plaatmaat also contributes to a more sustainable environment by producing the trestles from recycled plastic. Circularity is important to us, so we strive to ensure that discarded trestles are recycled again so that no raw materials are wasted.

Back-to-back function

In the area of application of storage trestles, space is often limited, this space must be used efficiently. The Plaatmaat is equipped with connecting elements allowing two trestles to be coupled with the back side. The advantage of this is that double storage is created with minimal space occupation. This double storage function also allows different sheet materials to be stored separately so that within one room you have everything to hand.

An A4 frame which can save a lot of time by including loading instructions. This A4 frame can be positioned at the top of the Sheet Gauge using an appropriate recess. Several types of (plaster) sheets often end up on a trestle and on large projects it is therefore very important that the trestles are loaded as efficiently as possible, the sheets that are needed first on the outside, the others on the inside. That way you don't have to hold a slab multiple times.

The coupler is a cross connector that connects two Plate Size trestles together for added lateral stability. This ensures that no heavily loaded trestles can tip over. In addition, the coupler is designed so that if we allow the sheet material to cross a maximum of 500 mm on one side, the sheet measure can still be moved at any time using an extended pallet/pump truck.

The basic color is black. For an order size of 500 or more, it is possible, for a small additional charge, to specify your own RAL color. This way it is always clear which trestles are yours. In addition, it is possible to provide your trestles with a personalized plate. Here you can supply your own design. Think of your company logo or registration of the bucks. A great advantage of this is that the trestles are recognizable at a glance as your property, this prevents theft and loss.
